Mô tả Công việc
C&B Intern will be responsible for supporting C&B task and further HR task if any. This role is ideal for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in HR analytics and especially Compensation & Benefit.
Key Responsibilities
Labor Contract: Executing employee labor contract, drafting and sending contracts or termination decisions to employee. Ensure that the execution of contracts is correct and on time.
SHUI: Prepare and follow the social insurance procedure. Manage and implement increases/decreases of social insurance and unemployment insurance on the internal system.
Internal Regulation and Event: Support, co-operate and working for planning of organize internal events/ engagement activities.
Employee information: Collect employee information, ensure employee data is correct. Update employee status on Base System.
Support prepare document with anything if any inside C&B SOW
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, or a related field
Strong analytical and Excel skills
Detail-oriented with good communication skills
Interest in HR analytics or total rewards is a plus
Good English communication
