Job Summary
Gardenline has a successful 30-year operating history, commencing in 1992 as a modest import and distribution operation to become one of the leading exporters of outdoor furniture. We are looking for an experienced Customer Account Executive to manage key client accounts and maintain and grow business relationships.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
1/ Data management and entry
• Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits
• Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output
• Insert customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
• Generate purchase invoices, purchasing orders, sales invoices, packing lists, and shipping taks.
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations
• Scan documents and print files when needed
• Keep information confidential
• Comply with data integrity and security policies
• Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions
2/ Support in Account management and Planning to:
• Manage key international customers to ensure the development schedule is on track.
• Make necessary negotiations (price, timeline) with the customer.
• Strong communication with the production team to have good internal support
• Price calculation and review.
• Ensure high professionalism and customer service standards are maintained, thereby creating referral and intermediary opportunities.
• Ability to follow strict manufacturing guidelines set by the customer.
• Market: America, Europe; Asia Pacific, China
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Knowledge, Education, Training/
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
• English is a must (written/spoken)
• Additional computer training or certification will be an asset
Abilities/ Skills
• Highly skilled in interacting with the employees and thus should have good command over the English language (reading/writing/spoken)
• Proven data entry skills with a focus on accuracy
• Experience with MS Office and data programs
• Familiarity with administrative duties
• Confidentiality
• Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks

• Work well in both a team and individual capacity
