- Performing day-to-day operational activities in customer service of call center
- Giving excellent services to customers
- Receive calls from customers and respond to all incoming inquiries by phone/Email/Chat/App
- Open for ideas and innovative solutions to enhance team productivities
- Achieve daily/monthly performance targets defined by the project
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University/Colleges required
- Age: 20 to 30 years old
- Good in English both written and spoken
- 6 months minimum experience in customer service, receptionist, tour guide v..v
- Experience in a call center/contact center, travel industry is a plus
- Willing to work on weekend, national holidays, overtime if needed
- Willing to work under shifting mode (Night shift including)
- Able to work under pressure and in a large team
- Always bring positive attitude within colleagues and towards customers
- Discipline, honest, critical and high initiative
