Mô tả Công việc
- Ensure the goods are shipped on time and quantity
- Receive PO from customers and Manage orders.
- Receive requests, feedback and Resolving complaints from customers
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email to provide support and information on an assigned product or service.
- Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns.
- Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
- Uses knowledge of a specific product, service, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate staff.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related fields
- At least 01 years working experience as Customer Service
- Knowledgeable in ERP System
- Excellent communication skills including active listening
- Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances
- Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of customer service specialization
- Hard working, responsible, honestly, quickly, enthusiastic
- Ability to team-working and work independently, cautiously
- Organizational, arrangement skills
- Proficient in computer skills
- Good verbal and written communication in English
