Mô tả Công việc
· Schedule and track client appointments.
· Record and manage client medical records.
· Handle emergency situations and coordinate with relevant departments to provide solutions.
· Communicate promotions and company services to clients.
· Address and resolve client inquiries and complaints.
· Assist doctors in consulting with clients.
· Analyze client needs and propose business development ideas.
· Perform other tasks as required by the manager.
Reporting:
· Log daily tasks and report to the team leader.
· Prepare and review the next day's client appointments and treatments.
· Check client information in the customer care system.
· Manage client entries and exits.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
· Pleasant appearance, good communication skills, friendly, and enthusiastic.
· Proficient in English communication.
· Proficiency in Japanese is a plus
· Professional demeanor.
· Proficient in office computer applications.
· Good teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure.
· Knowledge and experience in dentistry are advantageous.
Salary and Benefits:
· Salary: Negotiable based on competency and experience.
· Lunch allowance: 700,000 VND/month (after signing the labor contract).
· Quarterly KPI bonus (1,000,000 VND – 6,000,000 VND) if the clinic meets sales targets.
· Overtime pay according to legal regulations.
· Sundays, public holidays, and annual leave according to the law.
· Annual company trips (for employees officially employed for over 6 months).
· Bao Viet insurance for managers and employees with over 30 months of continuous service.
· Participation in training programs conducted by experts.
