Mô tả Công việc
- Performing day-to-day operational activities in customer service of call center.
- Giving excellent services to customers.
- Receive calls from customers and respond to all incoming inquiries by phone/Email/Chat/App.
- Open for ideas and innovative solutions to enhance team productivity.
- Achieve daily/monthly performance targets defined by the project.
- Working 6 days/ week, 1 day off any.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduated equivalent Majors is an advantage.
- At least 6 months experience in Customer service roles or any relevant roles.
- Fluency in Korean (Speaking, listening, writing, and reading) - working 100% Korean. (TOPIK 5 Certificate).
- Having experience in call center/contact center is a plus.
- Willing to work on weekends, national holidays, overtime if needed.
- Discipline, honesty, critical and high initiative.
