Mô tả Công việc
1. Customer Support:
○ Provide responsive support to users across multiple channels (email, chat, phone) with professionalism and empathy.
○ Address user inquiries, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and guide customers through platform features.
○ Support the team in ensuring customer issues are resolved promptly and effectively
2. Product Knowledge:
○ Develop an understanding of the platform’s features and updates to confident assist customers.
○ Stay informed on best practices in the virtual and hybrid event space.
3. Onboarding Assistance:
○ Assist in onboarding new users by helping them understand platform setup and configuration
○ Support the preparation of training materials and resources for customer onboarding.
4. Issue Resolution Support:
○ Collaborate with the Customer Service team to log and escalate more complex issues to the technical support team.
○ Document common questions and feedback to improve the customer experience.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
● Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
● Strong interest in customer service and the technology/events industry.
● Basic understanding of online platforms or experience with technology/software is a plus.
● Strong communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
● Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude in supporting team effort
