JOB DESCRIPTION:
Process orders, handle packaging, and ensure timely delivery as instructed.
Monitor shipping status and coordinate with delivery partners to resolve issues.
Manage and update inventory data in the system.
Provide online customer service and resolve issues for online shoppers.
Support other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Third- or final-year student majoring in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or other Economics-related fields.
Energetic, proactive, with a willingness to learn and collaborate.
Interested in gaining knowledge and hands-on experience in Fulfillment.
Committed to a minimum 3-month internship.
Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
Candidates with good English skills are preferred.
