Mô tả Công việc
/ Develop and implement comprehensive online advertising strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
2/ Manage and optimize campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads, etc.).
3/ Conduct thorough audience research and targeting to ensure effective ad delivery.
4/ Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
5/ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online advertising.
- Campaign Execution:
- Develop ideas and execute online advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads, etc.)
- Conduct target audience research and define campaign objectives.
- Set up campaign parameters, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, and scheduling.
- Tracking performance, update status and quick report. - Creative Development & Optimization:
- Collaborate with the content and design team to create engaging ad copies and visuals.
- A/B test different ad creatives to optimize for performance.
- Ensure ad creatives adhere to brand guidelines and industry best practices. - Campaign Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CIR, clicks, conversions,...
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports to communicate campaign performance to stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaign success.
- Report some SEO metrics. - Other duties:
- Other tasks assigned by EC Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Proven track record of success in managing and executing online advertising campaigns.
- Having practical experience in digital marketing, particularly in ecommerce.
- Experience with various online advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads).
- Proficiency in ad campaign management tools and analytics platforms (GA4, GTM, Data studio).
- College or University degree, preferably in Marketing, Economics or related subjects.
- Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English languages with intermediate level (both written and verbal).
