Job Description
- Perform administrative tasks related to preparing summary reports, paperwork, documentation, record-keeping, and managing office supplies and materials.
- Support recruitment, training, HR management, and company events.
- Collect and process accounting documents related to business transactions such as sales and purchases of goods, fixed assets, tools and equipment, cash receipts/payments, etc.
- Monitor and check inventory status of retail goods (inbound, outbound, and stock on hand).
- Assist in sourcing suppliers for purchasing goods and services, tracking and reporting order status, and preparing documents according to the payment process.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor.

- Monday to Friday, 9g30 to 17g30, lunch break 90 mins.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University degree or higher;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word);
- Good communication skills, adaptable in various situations;
- Detail-oriented, responsible, careful, and possess good logical thinking.
