- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Gather and analyze HR-related data to assist in talent mapping.
- Develop creative ideas for employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
- Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, company website, and internal communications.
- Assist in organizing and promoting employer branding events, such as job fairs, webinars, and employee engagement activities.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 3rd/4th-year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related major.
- At least 3-month Internship.
- Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
- Organized, creative and highly responsible.
- Be proactive & progressive.
