Mô tả Công việc
Job Description:
Manage all activities on social media channels (posting content, moderating comments, handling inboxes, supporting minigames, livestreams, etc.) in a timely and responsive manner.
Research and propose relevant community lists (KOLs, groups, pages, etc.); support in negotiating deals, preparing quotations and KPIs, and coordinating bookings.
Execute seeding/ advocacy to optimize campaign performance.
Demonstrate initiative in growing reach and engagement across social channels.
Monitor and analyze data to generate weekly, monthly, and final reports for owned and outreach channels, providing key insights and actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with account and content teams to recommend viral and community marketing effectiveness solutions.
Collect feedback from internal teams and clients to improve social media services.
Adhere to internal processes and project plans, ensuring clear communication, structured feedback, and timely reporting.

Active user of social media platforms, daily audience of social hot pages, communities, celebrities, KOLs and KOCs’ content.
Experience requirement: Final-year student in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field.
