Mô tả Công việc
Primary Objective:
•Build good relationship with potential & current tenants.
•Gather information on tenants that meet market needs and propose at the meeting
•Achieve the rental budget for category in charge.

Leasing
- To recruit tenants via meeting up potential tenants to present the marketing kit to tenants.
- To propose and negotiate on rental rate.
- To monitor Leasing officer's job in issuing documents relating to leasing such as Lease Approval form, Letter of Offers
Marketing & Planning
- To do the site survey and study the surrounding catchment area's development and market.
- To prepare the potential tenants listing which are suitable for surrounding catchment area.
- To compile all the potential tenants' information such as contact number, concept, range of merchandises, pricing and etc.
- To prepare own category budget in order to meet the rental income budget.
- To propose and fit in the tenant names into the lot
Opening activities
- To check on the fit-out plans, signage, and color perspective view (concept)
- To plan and call tenant for handover of lots.
- To do the actual handover of lot to tenants and site measurement.
- To monitor on tenants' renovation progress at site.
- To ensure tenant adhere to renovation schedule as set eg. Renovation period, stop work, and open for business.
- To monitor Leasing officer's job in collecting of balance of security deposit before tenant open for business.
Others
- To issue and reply letter for ordinary leasing
- To answer inquiries from potential tenants
- To perform other tasks as assigned by above Deputy Manager
- Experience in retail filed is preferable
- Able to travel outstation (including foreign countries) (essential)
- Good communication in Japanese (If any)
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 2 years of working experience in relevant fields
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication in English
- Good survey & analytical skills
- Good negotiation and persuading skill and experience
- Basic salary: Negotiable
