Mô tả Công việc

1. Physical distribution management
− Manage national logistics, control logistics costs, and solve distribution issues in various regions
− Manage logistics suppliers, evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of logistics and delivery efficiency
− Reasonably arrange daily logistics delivery based on business needs
2. Warehouse management
− Ensure timely entry and exit of the warehouse and safe storage
− Directly manage the inbound and outbound of Dongnai's leased warehouse
− Follow up and compare the inbound and outbound of the coastal defense finished product warehouse
3. Cargo Management
−Timely update inventory, production and warehousing
− Compare production progress with the factory
− Reasonably transfer warehouses to the northern region based on sales demand
4. Authentication management
− Manage logistics suppliers, evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of logistics and delivery efficiency
− Timely apply for product certification and release, update some new standards
5. Multi category import management
− Follow up on the import and warehousing progress of multiple categories such as air conditioners, gifts, washing machines, purifiers, etc

− Resolve the procedures for customs clearance process
− Coordinate and arrange the warehouse for storage in a reasonable manner
− Follow up on the financial system inventory
6. Other task: Process some temporary sales reports

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

− University graduation
− Fresher or experienced in logistics and supply chain industry
− Good in Chinese for working
− Good in MS office (excel/ PowerPoint)
− Able to work under high-pressure
− Multiple tasks handling ability
− Flexibility, Accountability
