Mô tả Công việc
Report to Project Manager / Project Director
Assist project manager / director to monitor project progress and update daily and weekly basis.
Assist project director and project team in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements, project plans and handover form.
Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what’s needed at the right time
Be the liaison between the project team and project clients throughout the project life cycle
Attend project site meetings, site surveys, and project handovers as well as technical meetings with Sales & Project Team
Monitor the progress, cost and quality of the construction works; ensures it complies with the standard required by the company.
Good communication skills and able to handle customer complaints and feedback
Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by project manager.
Manage, supervise the unloading, loading the materials & installation at site when required
Expected to communicate effectively with clients and make minor revisions to CAD drawings if necessary
Other task assign by project manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Min 1 years of experience as project coordinator / excutive
Experience in the furniture and partitions industry is a plus
Able to read and understand the Interior drawings.
Creative in problem solving, Good interpersonal skills and well organized
Independent, responsible and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Willing to work overtime and travel to other provinces or overseas when required
Good communication skill, English’s level should be from intermediate 4 skills ( Regularly working with overseas factory,)
