Mô tả Công việc
- Job Responsibilities
- 1. Facilitate cross-functional communication between sales, operations, and finance teams
- 2. Provide support for meeting and event tasks as assigned.
- 3. Prepare materials for sample lab tests, product labeling, and documentation in Vietnamese.
- 4. Assist with purchasing paperwork, including quotation requests and purchase requisitions.
- 5. Request and update documents from vendors, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- 6. Support sales teams with administration tasks, including sales quotations, contracts, and sales orders, sample delivery via courier service.
- 7. Assist sales order follow-ups, delivery status, and stock transfers.
- 8. Assist in translating documents between English and Vietnamese.
- 9. Prepare documents as required by vendors and customers.
- 10. Perform other administrative duties as assigned by line manager.
- 11. Work closely with internal departments to gather information and resolve issues affecting sales administration.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 1. Ability to communicate and write in English is a must.
- 2. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
- 3. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- 4. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Teams.
- 5. Experience with SAP systems is an added advantage.
- 6. Excellent time management skills to follow different assigned targets.
- 7. Highly organized, hands-on, able to work well under pressure, handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
