Key Responsibilities
Represent the company at the exhibition booth and conduct initial business meetings
Introduce our company and core services/products in a positive and friendly manner
Gather key information about visiting companies and their business focus
Write short meeting summaries and share them with the internal team
Support communication between local staff and company representatives

You will act as the initial point of contact, not as a decision-maker.
Your role is to create a positive impression and gather relevant info—not to commit or negotiate on behalf of the company.
A short training session and materials will be provided before the event.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Strong interpersonal skills with a polite and professional attitude
Able to communicate in Vietnamese or English for business-level conversations
Able to summarize meetings in writing (English preferred)
