Mô tả Công việc
- Complete paperwork including MAP updates, HF & SI data collection, CRO profile updates, ect.
- Conduct Social Compliance audits and consulting visit as necessary to Haddad supply chain on Labor management and HSE management
- Report the critical and serious issues in a timely and accurate manner
- Follow up factory remediation process to ensure all MAP issues are properly addressed
- Assist and train factories continuously improve Social Compliance capability and performance
- Manage factory on-going licensor audit schedules
- Special projects as assigned
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor Degree (prefer Law, Compliance fields, Environment related fields)
- Have experience in working at textile garment factory with HR or compliance position at least 1+year
- Strong Degree or above
- Excellent in English- Both speaking and writing
- Able to travel frequently
- High teamwork spirit, strong interpersonal skills, good integrity
