Mô tả Công việc
- Communicating with guests and assisting with check-in/out.
- Answering guest inquiries and helping them proceed with bookings.
- Handling guest issues and complaints.
- Helping guests with luggage, airport pick-ups, and other inquiries.
- Submitting reports.
- Replenishing amenities & inspecting properties.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Vietnamese fluency a MUST.
- English proficiency a MUST.
- Outgoing, friendly personality.
- Eager to learn.
- Good sense of customer service skills.
- Customer service experience in any setting.
- Must have a motorbike, as our properties are in different locations.
- Good health and comfortable to travel between properties in District 1, HCMC.
- 10-12 million salary gross
- Performance bonuses (earn up to 1-2 million a month).
- 13th month bonus based on company performance.
