- Support Vinmec HO’s recruitment process: sourcing candidates, phone screening, scheduling interviews
- Maintaining the talent pool database: recruitment sources, managing applicants' data, data reporting monthly,...
- Employer’s branding: create engaging multimedia content on social recruitment media platforms (Facebook, website Vinmec, Landing Page) to showcase our company culture, work environment, and candidate experiences
- Participate in many recruitment projects of Vinmec such as: enhancing candidate’s experience; supporting foreign members; digitizing recruitment process, etc.
- Collaborate with HR department of Vinmec Hospital branches (nationwide) to support part of the hiring process
- Maintain relationships with university associations, event coordinators.
- Additional duties as requested by direct manager
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Final-year/Graduated university students (NEU, FTU, RMIT, BUV,...), majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration,... No experience required
- Have strong design and editing skills (Canva, using color palettes, edit images and videos, etc.)
- Diligent and proactive, have logical, clear and coherent thinking
- Good communication skills, confidence, and a strong willingness to learn
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
- Strong command in English is a plus
