Sourcing & Candidate Outreach (60%)
- Actively source potential candidates through job platforms, socialmedia, and databases.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates against target KPIs.
Interview Coordination (15%)
- Arrange and confirm interview schedules
- Follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
Job Posting & Branding (15%)
- Create and promote job postings across various platforms to attracttop talent.
- Assist in designing job advertisements to enhance employer branding.
Candidate Database Management (10%)
- Track and update candidate information in the recruitment system.
- Maintain organized records to support a data-driven hiring approach
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Senior student or fresh graduate with a background in HR, Economics, or Business Administration.
Proficiency in English is required.
Passion for HR and talent acquisition.
Strong communication skills, logical thinking, and teamwork mindset.
Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Available to work full-time for 3 consecutive months
