Position Overview
The Customer Payment Service Specialist is responsible for executing and monitoring payment operations, ensuring efficient disbursements, repayments, reconciliations, and promoting digital payment channels to meet the 2025 strategic goals of the Customer Payment Service Operations Team.
Key Responsibilities
Disbursement:
- Process disbursements to Clients and Dealers.
- Monitor and report discrepancies to ensure smooth operations.
Repayment:
- Facilitate timely repayments via Auto Debit, E-Wallet, Virtual Account, and online channels.
- Address customer inquiries to maintain satisfaction scores and reduce late payment reminders.
Reconciliation:
- Complete daily and monthly reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records using provided tools.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Proactively check transaction data and resolve issues.
- Generate and review automated daily reports to ensure task completion.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduated with a college or university degree in Finance, Business, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in payment operations, banking, or customer service is an advantage.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and customer focus.
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Process optimization and time management.
- Customer-centric approach to enhance satisfaction.
- Analytical skills for accurate reconciliation and reporting.
- Adaptability to digital tools and automated processes.
