Mô tả Công việc
- To assist Gojek’s customers (end-users) via non-call and call channels.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information and solutions by using the right methods/tools.
- Go to the extra mile to engage customers.
- Work with Customer Service Team leader to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Having at least 6 months experiencing in contact center or customer service is a huge plus.
- Being good at English speaking (no interruption, clear pronunciation) and writing is required.
- Starting salary: 10,000,000 VND (gross).

- Great opportunities to be upgraded to Team leader or Operation member (such as Quality Assurance, Administrator) after 6 months (or sooner) hard working.
- S1: from 06:00 to 15:00
- S2: from 07:00 to 16:00
- S3: from 08:00 to 17:00
- S4: from 09:00 to 18:00
- S5: from 10:00 to 19:00
- S6: from 11:00 to 20:00
- S7: from 12:00 to 21:00
- S8: from 13:00 to 22:00
- S9: from 14:00 to 23:00
- S10: from 21:30 to 06:30 next day.
Benefits:
Working time: Work in rotating shifts (6 days/week), including day shift and night shift as following:
