Mô tả Công việc
1. Compensation & Benefits (C&B) – 40%
- Learn, experience, and perform C&B operations including timekeeping, payroll, bonuses, personal income tax, social insurance, and various allowances in compliance with regulations.
- Manage employee records, labor contracts, and procedures related to employee benefits and entitlements.
- Propose and improve welfare policies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
2. Employee Engagement – 20%
- Implement and execute the annual training plan based on actual needs and competency development orientation.
- Organize internal and external training courses: registration, logistics, and effectiveness evaluation.
- Support the development and execution of employee engagement programs.
3. Performance Management – 20%
- Support, monitor, and implement employee development plans: guide, track progress, and remind line managers and HRM about review and evaluation deadlines.
- Compile performance reports, analyze data, and recommend corresponding development programs.
- Support internal communication to promote a high-performance culture.
4. Other Duties – 20%
- Support internal engagement activities (e.g., team building, anniversaries, birthdays).
- Participate in HR digital transformation, restructuring, or process improvement projects as assigned.
- Provide support for other HR activities as directed by the HR Manager (HRM).
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduated from a University or College majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other related fields
- At least 06 months of experience in a similar position
- English: Proficient in workplace communication and reading comprehension
- Strong organizational and task management skills
- Proficient in personnel record management
- Good teamwork skills
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
