Mô tả Công việc
Position Objective
Execute compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Support employee satisfaction and retention through C&B programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Contracts & Data Management
Prepare labor contracts and other C&B-related documents.
Manage and track employment contracts to ensure compliance.
Assist in onboarding new employees and monitor the offboarding process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
2. Payroll
Coordinate with departments to collect attendance data for payroll.
Calculate salaries and process related payments.
Handle monthly payroll processing.
Send payslips to employees.
3. Personal Income Tax (PIT)
Register new tax identification numbers for employees (if applicable).
Submit monthly PIT reports to the Finance Department and handle quarterly PIT payments.
Guide employees in registering dependents with tax authorities.
Prepare data for annual tax finalization as required by management.
4. Social Insurance (SI)
Manage monthly SI enrollment, adjustments, and terminations based on company policies.
Process employee insurance claims and register new cases.
Finalize social insurance books and issue separation records for departing employees.
5. Policies & Benefits
Track, execute, and process employee benefits on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Forecast and report benefit budgets periodically.
6. Admin
Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
Manage office contracts (rental, utilities, cleaning, security, etc.).
Assist in asset management, office supplies, email costs, uniforms, etc.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Strong knowledge & practical experience in labor regulations, including Social Insurance Law, Personal Income Tax Law, and Trade Union Law.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented & highly focused.

Proficient in Excel.
