TASK DUTIES:
- To assist Gojek’s customers (end-users) via non-call and call channels.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information and solutions by using the right methods/tools.
- Go to the extra mile to engage customers.
- Work with Customer Service Teamleader to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
WORKING TIME: Work in rotating shifts (6 days/week), including day shift and night shift as following:
• S1: from 06:00 to 15:00; • S6: from 11:00 to 20:00
• S2: from 07:00 to 16:00; • S7: from 12:00 to 21:00
• S3: from 08:00 to 17:00; • S8: from 13:00 to 22:00
• S4: from 09:00 to 18:00; • S9: from 14:00 to 23:00
• S5: from 10:00 to 19:00; • S10: from 21:30 to 06:30 next day
WORKING LOCATION: 8A Huynh Lan Khanh, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, HCMC
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Having at least 6 monthes experiencing in contact center or customer service is a huge plus.
- Being good at English speaking (no interuption, clear pronunciation) and writing is required.
- Salary: 10,000,000 VND (gross) at start.
